What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out the quote or contact form on our site, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, company, phone number, email address, the type of building you need cleaned, and your message. You provide this so we can respond to your request. That's the only reason we ask for it.

We do not collect anything else. We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We don't build a profile of you, we don't follow you around the web, and we don't know who you are unless you tell us through the form.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your request — to give you a quote, answer your question, or follow up about cleaning services. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not sell it, and we do not share it except as described below.

Who processes your form

Our website is static and has no server of its own, so we use a third-party form service to receive and deliver your submission:

• Web3Forms — receives your form submission and forwards it to our email inbox. Your data passes through Web3Forms only to reach us. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.

Your submission arrives in our business email, hosted on Google Workspace. Standard email handling applies.

Hosting

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel automatically logs basic technical request data — such as IP address and browser type — for security and to keep the site running. This is standard server logging, not tracking, and we do not use it to identify visitors. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We don't use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. If your browser stores anything, it's the minimum required for the page to function — not to watch what you do.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a normal business record of our correspondence. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we will.

Your choices

You're in control of what you share. You never have to fill out the form — you can simply call us instead. If you have contacted us and want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted, reach out at info@bonuskc.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our services are for businesses and facility managers. Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Because we collect so little, changes should be rare.
